What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or Messenger contact, project type, budget range, timeline, and project description.

We also record how you found us — the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the website that referred you, and the first page you visited — so we can understand which channels bring inquiries. This is stored in your own browser until you submit an inquiry and is never linked to you otherwise. For abuse prevention we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

How we use it

Only to review and respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and improve how we reach businesses like yours. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to measure page views and button clicks. We never send your name, email, phone number, or message to analytics services.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for our business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@aetherlabscreative.com.
